What made the stay especially reassuring was how the team dealt with a parking problem. The property manager and hotel staff responded quickly, apologized sincerely, took responsibility, and worked with Hilton Honors to sort things out. They really paid attention and seemed committed to making the guest experience better. The rest of our visit was great too. Everything looked clean and well cared for, including the room and breakfast area, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Things can go wrong, but they handled this so well that we'd happily stay here again.

The room had plenty of storage, with drawers beside the entertainment stand, and the view was great. It was also spotless when I walked in. There are lots of places to eat nearby, and Michigan Ave is close enough to reach easily. Parking is right behind the hotel, so it's just a short walk from the car to the door. Adding it during booking costs $30, which seems reasonable to me. If you read the hotel details ahead of time, there shouldn't be any surprise about that. Great spot and very clean.

The warm pool is a big deal for us. My grandson goes to Rush every couple of weeks for treatments, and when we can, we stay here and enjoy swimming. Cold water is hard for him, so we really appreciate that the pool is kept very warm. Other hotels have told us they couldn't make theirs that warm. The room was very clean, the shower was hot, and we liked the coffee and breakfast too. Thanks for putting your customers first. I appreciate it.

We felt safe here and liked the small food places right outside. The location is great, the front desk staff were consistently nice, breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed the indoor pool. The medical center across the street does mean sirens coming and going, though. The fridge never worked during our stay. We were traveling with a child and needed to keep milk cold, and couldn't even save leftovers. I told the staff, and they said someone would check it, but nobody came and it wasn't fixed. We weren't offered anything for the trouble, and I had to bring it up again at checkout. On top of that, noisy guests on our floor made it hard to sleep at all hours. That's why I can't give the room and service five stars.
