Hotel EMC2, Autograph Collection

I had a wonderful birthday stay, definitely a 9/10. The room was lovely, especially the beautiful shower and the vintage jazz audio saxophone player, such a fun, unusual detail. Jackie surprised me with complimentary plush slippers and gave me great birthday dinner recommendations. Shamel was kind and welcoming, and Destiny went out of her way to bring us new comforters and a microwave. When bad weather cut our trip short, she also helped us get a credit back. Everyone we met was helpful, professional, and genuinely nice. Great service made all the difference, and I'd absolutely stay again.

The artwork and layout were gorgeous, the bed was comfy, and the night service food was delicious. My only small snag was that the bathroom door was hard to close at first, but I got used to it. One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. I'd absolutely recommend it and come back!

Jackie was wonderful even before I arrived. I called about checking in early, and she was friendly and helpful. The location is just off Michigan Ave, so everything is within walking distance, but it's tucked away enough that you're not immediately in the hustle and bustle. I loved my room and didn't want to leave. The layout and atmosphere were great, and it had an Alexa, a window seat, a bathrobe, and complimentary slippers. The bed, pillows, and bedding were all incredibly comfortable. Every time I came back, the room smelled fresh and clean. I even had toothpaste delivered by a robot, which was pretty cool. 10/10, and I can't wait to stay again!

Divine. My husband and I stayed at EMC2 in Chicago from Tuesday to Thursday because we were getting married on Wednesday. The people at the front desk felt like fairy godmothers. Jacqueline and another woman whose name I didn't catch were absolute angels on the phone, so sweet and accommodating. They even sent a bottle of sparkling wine to our room to celebrate. I felt like a Midwest Cinderella, they worked magic! The hotel is beautiful, and our 19th-floor room had a gorgeous view. The staff at The Albert were incredible too. Our brunch server was fabulous, and then there was Ksehiya, an absolute star. She knew the menu inside out, made great recommendations, and was funny and charming. She treated us like stars, had the kitchen staff sign a card congratulating us on our marriage, then brought us dessert on the house and more sparkling wine. Thank you so much to the amazing team at EMC2 Chicago for making our special day feel so special. I've already started recommending the hotel to my friends!
