We had our cats with us because our apartment was being exterminated, and the way staff dealt with us was completely unprofessional. I understand hotels may charge pet fees, but an employee saw the cat carrier before I paid and didn’t say anything. Within minutes of getting to the room, staff were banging aggressively on the door and demanding more money or telling us to leave right away. We decided to leave and politely asked for our money back since we had barely been in the room. Instead, staff spoke disrespectfully about us to management and called us “homeless kids.” We weren’t refunded, even though we didn’t stay. The motel was run down and not worth the price, but the treatment was the worst part. I wouldn’t recommend it based on the customer service alone.

My brother and I spent two nights here to get away from the hustle and bustle. Barbie was fantastic and gave us the best service all around. The hospitality was amazing, and she truly deserves a raise.

I went to return the keys at 9:30 am and collect my $50 deposit, but nobody was in the office. The sign on the window says it’s open from 8am to 8pm. Checkout is at 10am, which is fine, but if you leave without getting the deposit, you don’t get the $50 back.

It’s in a good location, and I always look forward to staying here when I visit coshocton. The place has a relaxed, laid-back feel, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly.

I waited outside for 25 minutes to check in at the new office, since the old one was barricaded with newspapers. The place was dingy, had no air conditioning, and took cash only. The floors had carpet covered in stains that looked like they’d been there since 2004. 10/10 would not recommend. Just go to the super 8 around the corner.
