Julian at the front desk is a big reason we keep coming back. He's thoughtful, kind, and clearly cares about his work and the guests. Thanks to him and the rest of the front desk team for making our trips feel special. My husband has stayed here weekly for business since the start of the year, and we also came for a couples trip near Valentine's Day. We've tried most of the hotels in the Loop and River North, and this is our favorite reasonably priced option in the Loop. The rooms are consistently clean and nice, the mattresses are comfortable, and the bathrooms are pleasant with good shower pressure.

Julian at the front desk was always welcoming and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. We were in town for a conference with friends and had a great stay. The location is convenient for good food in Fulton Market and the West Loop, and it's a short drive to McCormick Place for the convention. I'd stay here again for sure.

The shower pressure was so powerful it felt like it could wash away generations of sins. Loved it. Our room was also quiet and a good place to rest after a long day outside. We were able to leave our luggage with the very friendly staff and head out to enjoy the city before check-in. The team clearly takes pride in their work. The hotel is downtown, just a few blocks from the ChristkindlMarkt. Great prices, lovely people, and next time we're in Chicago, I'll stay here again.

Marcy and Lidia were especially helpful and deserve a raise! Everyone's customer service was amazing, and the whole family weekend was a pleasure. The rooms were clean and great, and the bathroom had everything you might need, even makeup wipes. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks to everyone who took care of us.

Julian at the front desk and the rest of the staff were superb. The breakfast was great, with plenty of choices. If you want a comfy hotel near the Bean, I'd definitely recommend this one.
