Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago

The balcony really made my 1.5 week stay at the Kasa property. It was great to get some air and take in the city skyline, which I’ve also been enjoying drawing lately. The place worked well as an apartment, with a great view. The Kasa team made check-in and check-out details clear and answered my questions attentively. Highly recommend. Thanks, Dom

This is my second time staying at this Chicago location, and I’ll definitely come back. It’s downtown, with a comfortable king bed, a separate living area, and a fully stocked kitchen. The open plan is one very large room, with lots of closet space and everything you need, including a washer and dryer. For this much space, it’s cheaper than any hotel. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

The apartment matched its description and had plenty of room for our family. We appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer, the basic supplies, access to an exercise room and other building amenities, and the elevators ran very efficiently. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the Magnificent Mile and lots of restaurants, activities, and places that were fun to visit. We arranged parking in the connected garage in advance through a separate site, which was a big advantage. Booking was easy, communication before and during the stay was good, and the experience overall was great. We’d definitely stay again on a future Chicago trip.

The apartment was roomy, modern, and very comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay at the Kasa. It was in a quieter area while still close to downtown. The support team was helpful, and having luggage storage made things easier. They’d thought of lots of useful details, including body lotion, laundry detergent, an iron, salt and pepper, oil, and good coffee. There was nothing we could complain about. Highly recommend it for a visit to this beautiful city.
