I’d definitely stay here again, largely because of the staff. Everyone welcomed me and helped with whatever I needed. Deandre was especially wonderful, give him a raise. The young guy by the door on some days always remembered me and was bright and cheerful. The happy hour from 5 to 7 was great, with two free drinks, and the man running it was very nice. I liked room 410, which was tucked into its own little area. The bed, bathroom, and shower were lovely. The breakfast was probably the weakest part, with not much to offer. There was a nasty carpet stain, and the carpet needs replacing. Three days into my stay, someone moved into the room next door. I could hear their blinds going up and down and bass from their music through the walls. I stayed the week of NYE at this really cute hotel in a great location. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.

The hotel sits in a lively area with lots of places to eat and drink, and mass transit made it easy to get wherever we wanted. The front desk was always smiling and quick to help with anything. My room was bigger than I expected, very clean, private, and quiet. The amenities were generous too, with free breakfast in the morning and drinks and snacks in the evening. I slept perfectly every night. The bed had just the right amount of softness. The shower had great pressure and excellent products both in it and by the sink. There was more storage than we needed for four days, and though I rarely used the TV, it loaded quickly and was easy to navigate. I had a great time. I usually try somewhere new when returning to a city, but this may become my regular place when I’m back.

The free continental breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the complimentary happy hour with two drinks in the evening was a lovely touch. Every staff member I met was helpful and friendly, and made me feel welcome. My room at the Kinzie Hotel in Chicago was extremely clean, which is always a top priority for me. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.

Kinzie Hotel is a convenient spot near restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, but it was still quiet enough to relax. Check-in went smoothly thanks to the welcoming, professional staff. My room felt cozy and upscale without being over the top, and it was clean, modern, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I had a great stay and would come back. Definitely recommend it for the style, location, and service.

I’d read through all the negative reviews for most downtown hotels and ended up choosing this one because nobody mentioned bedbugs. Glad I did, it was a great stay. The man who checked us in was super friendly, and the room was nice.
