Luxury Suites At North Harbor Tower

I even forgot to mention that when it's -11 outside, I can still swim and use the sauna without leaving the apartment complex. That's a great perk. I moved to Chicago in April 2025 without knowing anyone, and came across North Harbor Tower while wandering around looking for apartments. The views sold me, and since moving in, I've had mostly good experiences. The gym is awesome for an apartment complex and it's hard to find something similar elsewhere, though it's small and gets crowded with 10 people. Still, it's great not having to go outside when it's super cold. When the weather's nice, I can work out and then run along the lake walk. Everything is close by, so I don't even use my car on weekends: music festivals, tourist events, shopping, groceries, and trains about a 15 minute walk away. Taxis wait right on the corner, which is so convenient. The staff are amazing too, from the greeters and maintenance team to the main office. I've never had any issues with anyone. Thank you, north harbor tower, for everything you do.

The staff are what really make North Harbor Tower feel like home. Everyone is professional, welcoming, and attentive. Charles, the doorman, is poetry in motion: always busy, yet he still greets residents with a smile and a kind word. His warmth and professionalism make a difference every day. The building is beautifully maintained, exceptionally well run, and sits right along the Chicago waterfront. The views are incredible and it's easy to get to everything downtown has to offer. I absolutely love living here and highly recommend it.

The views are great, maintenance responds to requests really quickly, and the price is good for the neighborhood. More than anything, the friendly, helpful staff make North Harbor Tower feel like a safe and welcoming community. Charles, David, and Jose are all wonderful, and if we ever leave NHT, they're what we'll miss most. Highly recommend.

I moved from Florida to Chicago in July for law school, not knowing anyone nearby and having never been through a winter. Once I settled in at NHT, I felt right at home. The front desk team have been so welcoming that my pup and I have grown close to them. Charles, Dave, Mike, Jose, and Jose are kind and helpful. Archie loves people and heads over after walks for attention, and they always make a fuss over him and show him affection. When I ask about the weather or getting around Chicago in winter, the doormen give me useful advice on staying safe and warm. After a long day of law school classes, it's lovely to come home to friendly faces who hold the door and ask how I am and how Archie is. I can't imagine those first months here without the front desk staff's kindness. Management are very involved and attentive. They care about residents' satisfaction and keep things running smoothly. I haven't had any problems since moving in, but I'm confident they'd handle anything quickly and with care. I'm grateful to have found NHT, with its gorgeous location and staff who care about my well-being and happiness. P.S.
