My mom and I booked this hotel for the AC/DC concert in Chicago on May 24th 2025, and we'd definitely stay again. The staff were so nice, from the friendly woman checking us in to the people who helped with our bags. She asked what brought us there and what we wanted to see, then gave us tips for getting around. She also explained the parking and gave us a key card so we wouldn't be charged twice, since parking was included in our room package. As a thank you for staying, she arranged for someone to take our bags up while we parked in the garage. The room was spotless and really nice. The beds were among the most comfortable we've had at a hotel, and the pillows were especially soft, unlike the uncomfortable ones you often get. The shower was roomy, and the little fridge, microwave, and burner area suited our needs perfectly. After the concert, the bar was hopping. The bartenders were friendly and made sure we got another drink before closing so we could take it to our room. It feels luxurious, is worth the price, and is within walking distance of a couple of nice places. I'd recommend it and would return.

We picked the Marriott for a Bears game and had a great stay. Being able to walk to the stadium was a big plus. The hotel was clean, the staff were great, and I liked having a lively bar and restaurant scene. The main drawback is that the area isn't very walkable, with few things to do or restaurants nearby. If a livelier location matters most, I'd look closer to the river. For our trip, though, this worked well, and I'd come back.

We had a lovely time at the Elite lounge, with beautiful, clean seating areas that the staff kept in great shape. Breakfast there was a pleasure, and the food and drinks were fantastic. Shantel at the desk made check-in easy, and she was always cheerful, stopping for a wave and a chat. Her warm smile brightened our day. She and the manager, Angela, even surprised us with a gift in our room. The staff were exceptional. We came to Chicago for an NFL game, an NHL game, and sightseeing. Soldier field was an easy walk from the hotel, but not much else was nearby, so we used Ubers. That was no problem. We'd happily stay again in this beautiful city and hope to see you in the summer!

My room was spacious and comfortable, with a really nice view that even included a glimpse of Lake Michigan in the distance. Most amenities were provided, though they had run out of slippers during my stay. I was there in January, so walking around the room barefoot in the winter cold wasn't ideal. The hotel connects conveniently to the convention center, although it's about a 20-30 minute walk, something to keep in mind if you're attending an event. It's a comfortable option with good space and views, especially for a convention trip.

I especially love the Marquis Hotels, and this one is a very special property with amenities galore. The elevated walkways made it easy to get to McCormick Place and the W.A., and I never had to go outside in the negative windchills during my two-day concert stay at Wintrust Arena, except for a late-night White Castle run. The rooms and property are elegantly styled, with great views all around. I'm a fan of high floors, so I was thrilled to get the top-floor room, #39. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. Eileen, the food and Beverage Manager, and her team made the stay extra special, with good food and good service. Great amenities, staff, location, and Chicago views. I love Marriott brands, but this Marquis is especially special. A must stay!
