Presidential Towers

Chena, the Tower 4 building manager, is the reason for my five stars. She’s kind, friendly, and genuinely empathetic toward residents. During my move-out, she went out of her way to communicate with my building manager and handle everything with care and professionalism. Her resident service deserves recognition. I wish Chena had been my building manager from the start. I would happily have stayed at Presidential Towers much longer if she had been. Thank you, Chena, for all your support and hard work.

The building was clean, well maintained, and had a great atmosphere. I also liked the location and enjoyed seeing the units and amenities during my Presidential Towers tour. Maysoon made the visit especially pleasant. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, took her time with my questions, and helped me feel comfortable throughout. The tour exceeded my expectations, and I’d recommend asking for Maysoon if you visit.

Maintenance has been top notch during my almost year here, but the elevators are down a lot. The laundry room is a whole other problem. Most of the machines don’t work, and if a washer leaves your clothes soaking wet or the dryers fail, you can’t get your money back. You’re left to deal with it on your own. There are many better places than this.

Moving here has been a frustrating experience, and I’d avoid renting or living here. The staff’s lack of empathy and apathy when residents try to sort things out makes the place deserving of its one-star reviews. They seem unable to follow basic logic or be flexible when plans change. The moving elevator system doesn’t make much sense either. Instead of using a first-come, first-served queue, it assigns the only freight elevator to a single floor. Dock security doesn’t coordinate with front desk security, and the front desk may promise to extend a reservation, then fail to do it because someone’s shift is over. Residential services staff have been unhelpful when I’ve tried to troubleshoot these problems, so the overall experience has been far from ideal.
