Once you get inside, it’s a nice place to stay. The parking situation, though, is absolutely terrible, especially if you have a larger vehicle. If you can’t accommodate your guests’ cars, don’t open a hotel.

We booked for that night through Booking.com, but at the hotel they asked us for an extra 20 dollars that wasn’t listed in the booking. Then they said they couldn’t find the reservation in their system and refused to give us a key, leaving us without a room late at night. We know Booking.com is an official, authorized sales channel for the hotel. The problem isn’t where we booked, it’s the extra charge and the missing reservation. Sending guests to a third party doesn’t remove the hotel’s responsibility to honor a confirmed booking. This isn’t about changing the outcome. I’m sharing what happened so future guests can make an informed decision. Be careful, this was a nightmare experience.

There was plenty of free parking, which was the best part for me, and the staff were very, very nice. The room was standard, nothing especially good or bad. Water pressure was low but still adequate. Breakfast was difficult because the dining area was cramped for my wheelchair and there weren’t any designated ADA tables.

For someone who just needs somewhere quick to sleep, this place could work. The price was good, the beds were amazing, the room was well cleaned, and breakfast was good too. But my stay felt mediocre. I had to wait for help getting the right number of towels for the guests on my reservation and getting the broken sofa bed fixed. The parking lot was awkward to get around and poorly laid out. The hotel also needs updating.
