Sonder — Library Lofts

Since moving into Library Lofts, the building has been clean and the location convenient. Packages are always placed in the designated package room. What stands out most is Venessa, the property manager. She's been kind from day one, responsive and helpful whenever I've reached out, and available in her office daily. I can email with a question and expect a quick reply. She's a rare find.

Venessa in the office is wonderful, always around when you need anything, with a smile and a good morning or goodbye. She goes above and beyond to help make living here comfortable and homelike. The communal areas, from the lobby and hallways to the rooftop, are always so clean and smell fresh. Getta does a great job keeping things shining. I've had a few small maintenance issues, and Nick fixes them quickly and communicates almost right away, without disrupting my day. He's also speedy about letting you back in if you accidentally lock yourself out. Whoops!

The application and move-in process went smoothly, and I'm really happy I chose to live at Library Lofts. The area is great and the units are amazing. Venessa is personable, communicative, and helpful with whatever you need. Nick, the on-site maintenance engineer, is kind and quick to sort out problems. The building is organized, especially with packages and deliveries, and always smells fresh.

I've only been at Library Lofts a short time, but the move-in help from property manager Andy and maintenance technician Nick has been great. My moving company was late for the scheduled move-in, and the two of them worked together to make the transition smooth. Nick is responsive too: the electricity and heating problems I reported were fixed in less than a few hours. They've made me feel like living here will be a great experience.
