Michelle at the front desk made check-in easy and greeted me so warmly. She explained the hotel amenities and handled my specific room requests without hesitation. Great service makes a difference when you’re traveling. I had a fantastic stay at the SpringHill Suites near ORD and would highly recommend it!

After missing our connecting flight, we were stressed out, stuck until morning, and worried about getting home for work. Kimble picked us up at the airport and explained the transportation options we needed. He was absolutely fantastic. At the front desk, Michelle was such a darling. She was professional and accommodating, and put us in a beautiful room. Her compassion and understanding helped us relax. Everyone here was incredibly nice. If you need a quality hotel, look no further!

Staff were exceptionally nice, and having coffee and water available all day and night was a big plus. My room was clean and quiet, and the heating worked great. The central heating was welcome compared with the noisy window units most hotels seem to have. The building could use a renovation, and they charge for parking. My only real complaint was the parking lot after the snowstorm: there wasn’t enough salt or sand, and I nearly slipped.

Breakfast was great, with lots of options, and the ladies looking after the buffet were wonderful. The room was large and had everything we needed. It’s very close to the airport, but you hear planes and freeway traffic. The metro is a good 15-20 minute walk, and there isn’t much nearby beyond a 7-11 and Mariano's supermarket.

I booked at the last minute and got a great room for a really good price, better than other hotels that cost more. It’s also very close to the airport. Free parking was a big plus for me, since nearby hotels charge an extra $25-$30 per car. Definitely recommend staying here.
