Quiet neighborhood and clean, comfortable rooms. The building is older, but the rooms are updated and very nice. There's inside parking around the corner, and the place has a cozy sitting room with games, tea, coffee, and popcorn. The bathrooms are a bit small with pedestal sinks, as you'd expect in an older building, but there's also a galley bar with a fridge and microwave. Water pressure is a little low, though there's plenty of hot water. Grocery store three blocks away. I'd absolutely stay again!

The rooms are on the small side, but they were clean and really comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the location is hard to beat, just two blocks from the lake and a 10-minute walk to Wrigley. If you're in Lakeview to see family or friends, or catch a game, it's tough to find better value. Not fancy, but very welcoming.

We had a quiet stay and liked the cozy hangout space near the entrance. Parking was $30 with in-and-out access, in a garage around the corner; the walk back to the hotel wasn't too bad. We interacted with staff from three different shifts, and every one of them was wonderful.

Amelia, Luis, and the rest of the staff made the end of my trip feel especially welcoming. The place is cozy, quaint, Cubs themed, and very reasonably priced. They also have a communal kitchen, coffee, and popcorn. The staff were kind, efficient, and personable. I'm so grateful I found this hotel.

I switched from the JWMarrtot because I expected an experience near the ballpark, but there really wasn't one. The front desk seemed exceptionally uninterested. When I asked about breakfast, I got no advice beyond “there is coffee.” The wall art was nice, but that was about it, and the rooms are lacking.
