The Walton Residence

The one-bedroom setup with a living room and full kitchen worked perfectly for us. The apartment was decorated beautifully for Christmas, and the fireplace made it feel warm and homey. Maria Fraczek and Jovonne Brooks at the concierge gave us hospitality unlike anything we’ve experienced in Chicago. They made us feel welcome, and every time we came through the doors it felt like coming home. We’ll stay here again on next year’s trip. Highly recommend this property over any hotel in the area.

I had a later return flight, and the host was accommodating when I asked for a later checkout. I’d also arranged for a package to be delivered for my trip, and it arrived without any trouble. The place was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The Concierge Lobby Staff were friendly and helpful with all my questions. I’d definitely stay again.

We really liked the place and found it clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the host was a problem, though; we didn’t get any replies during our stay. The fireplace was listed as an amenity but didn’t work. We asked about it and heard nothing back; later, the front desk said it would be serviced after we left. The bedroom’s AC/heating also didn’t work well and blew cold air instead of heat. Aside from those things, we enjoyed the stay and appreciated the cleanliness and location. With better communication and accurate amenity information, this would be a great spot.

The unit was so beautiful and spacious when we walked in, and the location was fantastic. The building’s managers and staff were friendly, fabulous, and very accommodating to our needs. We absolutely loved the place, would stay again, and give it a 10+!
