Budget Inn

For a motel, it was well kept and clean. I liked it.

The reviews looked good, the place seemed clean and nice, and the price was great. But on the phone, the attitude changed as soon as I said I was bringing a child. Before I could even say when I needed the room, I was told the room was occupied, nothing else was available, and goodbye. It sounded like they wanted customers until I mentioned the kid. I hope the town isn't like that too.

I was in town visiting family for a week and would stay here again. The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional, and the price at $45 a night was a good deal. The king bed was a nice size and had a memory foam topper, so I slept really well. The room felt cozy, though a bit cramped, and I wish it had been larger. Still, it's a pretty good motel.

I expected a basic $55 motel, but the room was spotless and the bathroom looked brand new. The curtain pulled fully closed, which was a relief after the one at our previous place that had a gap I couldn't shut. We planned on one night and decided to stay for two. The Wi-Fi was a fast full 5G network, too. We'll come back when we're in town.
