The quiet made it easy to get a good night's sleep, and breakfast had a great range of tasty options. Everything felt exceptionally clean and well looked after, from the fresh smelling beds, linens, pillows, and towels to the rooms themselves. They also have thoughtful amenities: a microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, ironing board and iron, widescreen TV, and modern, efficient window shades. You can tell management puts effort in behind the scenes to make this a pleasant place. Thank you.

The jacuzzi was superb, and the breakfast was amazing, with all the coffee you want. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and super clean, with very comfortable beds. Housekeepers were always friendly and helpful. The staff are warm and professional, greeting you with a smile every time. Angela is especially friendly and professional. I'd recommend staying here, 10/10 and worth the money.

I've been working in Paradise and staying here since July. Work travel usually gives me a reason to pick somewhere else, but this BW location has felt more comfortable and respectful than any motel I've stayed at. Angela, the manager, is efficient and checks in with guests while keeping the rooms, breakfast, and other details in hand. If I need laundry, food, or shopping, she knows the right spots, and she's made my time here feel almost like home. Rosa keeps my room clean and refreshed. Destiny at the desk is the most welcoming, personable person, and Alejandra keeps the free breakfast delicious and top notch. Onxy is always friendly and has a kind word for guests. Hailey was great too, though I think she may have moved on. The place is always so clean, and I can't think of a thing I'd change. Ten out of ten, or higher if I could. When work takes you away from home, it means a lot to feel that the manager genuinely cares, and that comes through in the staff each day.

I've been coming here for the last 3-4yrs, and the rooms are getting run down. In one day I had two rooms, and the carpet and sheets were stained in both. The things they call comforters were stained too. The AC needs fixing, and the elevator isn't good. Breakfast is good, and there are a couple of fast food places a block away.
