Hampton Inn Chicopee/Springfield

I can’t speak from a real stay here, but I’d recognize Marcus for the service described. The review says Marcus was welcoming, professional, and attentive, helped with recommendations, made sure the room was right, and greeted the guest warmly each morning. It also says their care made the stay feel perfect. This hotel is lucky to have such a dedicated team member.

The pool was heated and clean, breakfast had plenty of choices and a waffle maker, and the free parking was a plus. Our room was spacious, clean, updated, and everything worked. Most of the staff were friendly, including everyone at the front desk. One housekeeper did knock at 9 a.m. on checkout day and scold us for sleeping in, which made us laugh. We did find a few small blood spots on the sheets, easy to miss, while everything else looked meticulously clean. The staff were horrified when we called and brought fresh sheets right away, even offering to change them for us. They were helpful throughout, and I felt confident they’d respond quickly and kindly if anything else came up.

I’ve been staying here with my company, and when the air conditioner broke in my room, the front desk woman brought me a large fan at 4:30 a.m. It couldn’t be repaired right then, but manager Anita reassured me it would be fixed before I returned from work. When I got back, they had replaced both the whole AC unit and its wall control. The maintenance crew, front desk, and manager took my complaint seriously and resolved it fast. The staff and management are amazing. The hotel is clean, the bathrooms have been renovated, and the beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

The room and shared spaces were very clean, and someone was always tidying the dining area during breakfast. Service was pleasant and efficient. A few minor issues kept it from being five stars, though they didn’t affect the stay much.
