My arrival was significantly delayed, but Suah at the front desk still welcomed me warmly and checked me in efficiently and professionally. He recognized my Diamond Rewards membership and offered an upgrade. I passed because it was late and I had an early start the next morning. The property was in good repair, with clear hallways and a well-lit parking lot. My key cards worked reliably at both the outside and room doors. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a good bed and a hot shower with excellent pressure. I also appreciated the care the staff put into the towel art. In the morning there was plenty of hot coffee and a choice of hot or grab-and-go breakfast items. Suah was still there when I checked out and greeted me with a smile again, wishing me a good day. We were very happy with this hotel. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the place was clean and well cared for. Guest services were friendly in both the evening and the morning. Breakfast had the usual choices: cold cereal, sausage links, waffles, toast, and eggs.

The rooms have been updated and look really nice, so staying through some construction was worth it. They don’t allow pets, and the rooms always smell clean and fresh. The front desk staff are superb, professional and kind. I absolutely recommend this place!

The room was pristine, and the clean lobby and hallways felt welcoming. Breakfast was beautiful, and far better than I expected for what we paid. Even the coffee was great, a really nice surprise. We stayed one night on the way to and from a hockey tournament in the city. The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful, dressed beautifully, cheerful, and helpful. We had an immediate bathroom issue, but it was taken care of right away. I’d definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, and the parking lot was great, though it might not feel secure. The bathroom was small, the room carpet was in bad shape, and the continental breakfast left something to be desired. It works well as a road-trip pit stop, just not for a longer stay.
