The room was only sort of clean, though I didn't see any bugs. It also felt very dated, and plenty of little updates could make a big difference. The woman at reception was pleasant and brought me extra towels when I asked. Still, walking around the front desk area in socks didn't seem very professional.

The hot water held up through several baths, thanks to the room's own water heater. My wife was glad to get a proper soak instead of another truck-stop shower. We travel as a working husband-and-wife trucking team, and after checking things closely, we found the bathroom spotless and the room clean, comfortable, and clearly cared for. The bed had triple sheets, and the heating and air conditioning both worked perfectly. Our family stopped by briefly, and the room stayed quiet, with good sound insulation. The place felt safe too, with security cameras and staff who seemed proud of their work. It's been one of my nicest stays in a long time. This is an honest review, and I'd mention it if anything were wrong. Hope this helps other truckers and families looking for a calm, clean place to rest.

The main drawback was the shortage of outlets for a phone, laptop, or CPAP machine. I had an extension cord with me, and anyone staying here may need to bring one too. Management could fix it easily by switching the two table lamps for models with outlets in their bases. Aside from that, the price was affordable, the staff were friendly, and the place was very clean. Everything worked, including the HVAC and the TV. The blackout shades were good, and the nearby highway couldn't be heard much thanks to the soundproofing. The outlets are the only reason I didn't give it five stars.

The 3.7-star rating is far too generous. This place was nasty, and every photo shows the room just as I found it when I walked in.
