Christopher Inn and Suites

The Presidential room was much better for me, with lots of space, several rooms, a full kitchen, and a nicer bathroom. I probably wouldn't book the Honeymoon room again. Its jacuzzi was pretty basic, and the balcony was indoors by the pool rather than outside as I'd hoped; it was also kind of small. Not terrible, just not what I wanted. I haven't tried the Executive room because there's no TV in front of the bed, though it does look nice. The rooms are good, so I'm keeping my rating at five stars, but the lack of HBO, Netflix, or even a way to sign into your own account almost knocked it down to four. Premium cable alone feels dated. The Presidential is the one I'd choose for space.

More than 30 of us, from great uncles to great-grandchildren, needed a place to gather, eat, and spend time together during a family funeral in winter storm Fern. The staff made spaces available and were caring and understanding throughout. That kindness came from everyone, from the GM and housekeeping to the front desk, maintenance, and breakfast teams. It made a hard trip special for every age. The place was clean and comfortable. Thank you.

We won't be coming back. The front desk said they couldn't ask the people at the pool to lower their voices, even though we were in the suite above it and the sound carried straight into our room. The screaming went from about 8:30 until after midnight. I called at 10:15 on Saturday, and my grandson was woken four times; I didn't get to sleep until around 1 a.m. A little respect would have gone a long way. They could have asked the kids to quiet down or offered us a room farther from the pool, but we had paid extra for the suite. The clerk said they ask that kids not go to the pool area alone, but come on. The room itself was nice, and we had an executive suite with a balcony. Breakfast was good. That noise and the response are why my rating is low.

There's a nice selection at the free breakfast, and the indoor pool was very clean, though a little cold. The hotel is well maintained, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. We did hear quite a bit of freeway noise.
