The breakfast was decent in the morning, but the rooms could be cleaner. There were random hairs on the bathroom floor, and the walls had something on them that might have wiped off. I didn’t check. If you drink coffee, ask for extra, since they rarely refill it when they “clean” the room.

The beds were really comfortable, the staff professional, and everything was extremely clean. I saved it as a favorite on Google Maps. No wonder it’s rated almost five stars!

This was nicer than any other Fairfield Inn I’ve seen, and everything else was perfect too. Kudos to the staff. The only issue was a bit of an odor in the room when we arrived.

The views were great, and the common areas felt spacious and welcoming. This is one of the best Fairfield hotels I’ve been to, and one of the best Marriott hotels. Check-in was fast and smooth, the rooms were perfect, well kept, and functional. Breakfast service staff were excellent.

We’d already been turned away from two hotels after a 15-hour drive from northern Michigan, and stopped here around 3 a.m. expecting the same. Judy at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly kind and accommodating. She made a stressful night much easier. The hotel was very clean, and the bed super comfortable, exactly what we needed. Thank you, Judy!
