We came for a getaway, just the two of us, and were really impressed. The staff were amazing, and the room was a great price. Breakfast was included and had a surprising number of options: several juices, fruit, pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereals, and yogurt. It seemed to run for about 4-5 hours, which was great. There are two pools, plus a separate one for kids two and under, a big hot tub, and a waterslide. I’d especially recommend it for families, even with picky eaters. After staying at some not-so-good hotels, this place feels like a game changer. We’ll be back!

The rooms and breakfast area were the pleasant surprise here. The hotel looks a little dated outside and in the shared spaces, but the rooms are nice and the breakfast area feels fresh. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist was kind. Our family especially loved the pool setup, with four separate pools and activities, including a waterslide that was just the right size for our young kids. Good amenities for the price, and a great choice for us.

Naomi on the second shift at the front desk made the service here memorable. I was traveling alone with two small kids, one disabled, and felt nervous about checking in. Since there’s no elevator, she made sure our room was on the first floor, brought a cart out to the parking lot, helped me check in with my hands full, and even got the cart down the hall while I wrangled the kids. She was lovely, especially when she seemed to be the only person at the desk. In the morning Gary brought another cart to our door. They were both so helpful, and that service will bring me back. The room was decent and the beds were OK.

The renovation really shows, with things looking new and well cared for. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had an updated look. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly. A great choice for my trip, and one I’d recommend.
