Candy went above and beyond when I needed to check out at 5 am and get a refund for one night. I'd paid cash, and she was getting breakfast ready, but she called a great manager who woke up to take care of it. I got the cash in hand and was on my way. I travel for a living, and little things at the right moment mean the world. Thanks, Candy. Great stay!

The coffee was cold, and all the food was frozen, so we had to microwave everything. The internet was so slow I couldn't do my work. The TV didn't work either. They said it was new and the remote hadn't been programmed. I put in new batteries, and the woman said to come back down if I needed help. When I returned, she'd gone, and the man at the desk said I'd have to wait until tomorrow because he couldn't help. I'm a member, but I won't be back.

We booked just a few hours before arriving and they were able to fit us in that night. The first room was small and smelly, so we went right back to the desk. Candy was very friendly and did everything she could to make us comfortable, upgrading us to a really nice, clean suite. We were grateful for her attentiveness, especially since it was so late. We had a great stay overall. The one thing we'd change is breakfast. It's grab-and-go, with cereal, bagels, and juice but no hot food, and it's only available from 6 to 9:30am.
8/10
A good spot for the night. The room had the essentials, was clean, and smelled good, as did the bathroom. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby, and the location is convenient. Customer service was average, nothing exceptional.

Candy was awesome at checkout, and the room was awesome too. The staff were excellent, the value was great, and the morning grab-and-go breakfast was great.
