We booked for a quick two-night trip, but the room was so dirty. By the second day we noticed hair and residue in the tub, and then saw two spiders while getting ready for bed. We moved the table to eat and found cockroaches, plus an old eyelash strip. It seems they skip cleaning if something doesn’t look “dirty”; the floors clearly weren’t mopped and the tub wasn’t cleaned properly. The nearby places to eat were the only good thing. If you can spend the extra $30 or more on a hotel nearby, do it. We won’t be back.

The rooms were fine, but ours wasn’t properly cleaned. When we got the keys, someone was using the bathroom in the room we’d been assigned. We asked for another room and got one, but we only had a one-night booking.

Alyssa and Janet have been so welcoming during my time staying here. The pool is cleaned regularly, and my kids and I love it. The housekeepers are kind and always willing to help when you need something. Can’t wait to come back in January.

We’ve stayed here many times and have always had a great experience. Palmeras gives us some flexibility at checkout, which we appreciate since so many hotels charge extra for everything. The front desk ladies are kind and happy to help, and make our stays pleasant. My husband and I highly recommend it.

The room was a nice size and the location was decent, but not one outlet worked, lmao. I’d have been mad if my trip lasted more than a day.
