We booked four nights in the one-bedroom queen at PNC building unit #603, but left first thing the next morning to protect our health and sanity. The place was filthy. Our family of three got just one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth. The dishes were disgusting, the pots and pans had burned bottoms, and the floors were sticky and full of crumbs. The full-size bed smelled bad, as did the carpet in that room. The advertised pull-out couch was a broken futon, pleather over a metal frame with bare springs. The frame stuck up, so it couldn’t be used. I slept on the floor while my wife and daughter shared the so-called queen bed, which wasn’t enough room for all three of us. There were no linens, though luckily we’d brought a pillow and blanket. Sound carried everywhere, including from the bathroom above. We spent more money on a hotel room after leaving. I’m still waiting for my full refund, and after several emails there was no refund or call back about that awful night. The only customer service offer was $80 back on the $500 we paid for an uninhabitable rental. The photos and reviews fooled us. Cozy Suites charges a premium for a nice, well-equipped place, but we had to make do with what we brought and didn’t even have enough beds. They did nothing about it. This is ridiculous. CozySuites needs a thorough business review, and this rental should be taken off the market. They shouldn’t be able to take people’s money like this.
