The staff were excellent from check-in through checkout, and the rooms were spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, too. We came for our nephew’s graduation from UofC, and the university couldn’t have been more conveniently located. Shops and places to eat were all within walking distance. We’d planned on two nights, but with a winter storm coming, we decided to head back to TN before the weather hit. I enjoyed the stay, and the staff’s professionalism was top notch. Definitely a 10/10.

I was in town for four days for my daughter’s funeral. Assistant General Manager Debbie checked me in and kept coming by during my stay to see how I was doing, make me tea, and share a kind conversation. The sympathy she showed me and my family will always stay with me. She’s the best, and I appreciate her. Room attendant Precious was very helpful throughout as well. The staff here are great. Thank you.

As a Platinum Elite member who’s stayed at many hotels, I found the staff here among the most hospitable I’ve encountered. Great rooms, a great location, and great people. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

We’ve stayed at this Fairfield twice. The rooms and everything were great, though prices were high because it was Homecoming weekend. What made it hard was the noise outside: cars screeching, engines revving, loud mufflers and music, plus a few motorcycles. College kids laughing and shouting is fine, it’s a lively college town, but the vehicle noise was intolerable. Campus police really need to crack down. Maybe complaints from hotel managers would help?

The rooms were clean, and the hotel is really close to campus. Everyone was friendly, especially the front desk ladies and the staff serving breakfast.
