The house interior was beautiful, and the host was an absolute gem. I loved the welcoming conversations over breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, though traffic noise was quite noticeable at times. The grounds have a lot of potential, and I hope they plan to do more work outside. We were within 20 minutes of all the places we wanted to visit, but the nearest fast-food place was also 20 minutes away, which was my one complaint.

The property’s history and stories were a lovely surprise, since I’d only looked at the photos before booking for me and my two sons. The owner had offered me a really good rate over the phone. Charles, the manager, was wonderful and very accommodating. The place was peaceful, and the beds were comfortable. It’s nestled between two Cincy neighborhoods with shops and restaurants, and a reasonable distance from most things in town. Clean, cozy, friendly, and reasonably priced, with a real historic charm. We hope to come back.

My mom flew in to spend time with me, and we were really excited to stay here, but the place was genuinely disgusting. There was hair and grime all over the bathroom floor. The male caretaker also texted my mom after 10 p.m. to ask personal questions.

Charles, the on-site manager, was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, and we enjoyed hearing about the bed and breakfast’s history as part of the Underground Railroad. Since other rooms were available, he upgraded us for free. My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The bed was large and comfortable, with a nice big bathroom attached, and breakfast was tasty. It’s a cute bed and breakfast, and we’d recommend it. We’re looking forward to staying again.

Charles walked us through the property's history, which was great, and his breakfasts were delicious every morning. Both houses are beautiful, and I'm so glad we got to stay at this lovely historic place. Can't wait to come back.
