Days Inn & Suites Cincinnati

I booked less than an hour before arriving, and check-in was easy, with the room all ready. The price was good, and I was surprised by how convenient the location was for food and shopping. There’s a Chinese buffet right next door that was good and not too crowded. Smoking rooms seemed separated from nonsmoking ones, so the smell shouldn’t reach those rooms. Several air cleaning machines were running in the smoking hallway. There are cameras in all the hallways, and the front desk watches them constantly, which made me feel safe.

We’re staying here tonight, and I’m frustrated with the experience so far. The room clearly wasn’t cleaned properly before check-in. There are stains and holes in the blankets, hair on the walls, a disgusting smell, brown sludge inside the window, and gross goo smeared on the side table. They wouldn’t move us to another room, but offered to replace the blanket. The replacement has no stains, but it’s full of what look like moth holes. I’m not even comfortable touching the bed.

My wife and I had a 10/10 stay and will definitely come back. The staff were welcoming and understanding, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and bug-free. There are plenty of nearby spots for food or essentials. The place is affordable and accepts 18-year-olds, which is great if you need a night to rest.

This place was dirty, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The bathroom wall was broken and there was mold in the tub. The fan in my room vibrated all night. Breakfast was garbage, just waffles and instant coffee.
