Courtyard Cincinnati Airport

Our wedding weekend was made special by how much the Courtyard by Marriott helped us. Maranda kept in touch with us leading up to the event, and guests appreciated the airport shuttle. The rooms, especially the suites, were clean and beautiful. We arranged a private shuttle to take guests to and from the venue, and Steve drove. He got everyone there and back safely and on time, and a lot of guests said how friendly he was. The lobby and outdoor courtyard were spacious and lovely places to gather with everyone. We booked a block of rooms here and would recommend the hotel for a future event.

Even though I arrived late, they greeted me warmly. The room was clean, and everyone was friendly. A great stay from beginning to end. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Check-in was easy, and the staff at both the front desk and bistro were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and large, and the breakfast was so good. The coffee was great too, and it’s licensed Starbucks coffee. The hotel is close to the airport.

Elisha/Alisha, I’m not sure how to spell her name, works in the hotel’s “Bistro.” She made the whole experience awful by being very rude and publicly humiliating our friend in front of the entire dining area. She ruined the evening for us. We didn’t feel like this was a safe place to sit with friends or family. Since Courtyard by Marriott allows employees to treat customers this way, we won’t choose it again.
