Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati Downtown Area

The room was clean, modern, and much nicer than the one at the previous Quality Inn we stayed in. There was engine revving around midnight to 1 a.m., which made it hard to fall asleep, though the hotel can’t really control that. When I booked, the employee got annoyed when I asked whether the bed was double or king. He thought I meant one bed versus two, but I was asking about the size.

Breakfast was amazing, and housekeeping made sure we had what we needed each day. My service dog and I stayed for five days, and we had the best experience. The front desk staff had been screamed at and sworn at over something outside their control, but they were still very friendly to me. Thank you so much, everyone.

The hallway and elevators smelled like marijuana, and the parking area was dark. My room was very dated, and when my plans changed, the front desk wouldn’t refund the extra night or work with me. It was a terrible stay. I don’t recommend this place and won’t book here again under any circumstances.

I’ve stayed at Quality Inn hotels in other countries, and compared with those, this one was very poor. The room was shabby and grimy, and the accommodation side needs renovation and maintenance. A dirty, dried liquid coating covered the outside of our windows, making it hard to see out, and the door took effort to open. Breakfast was the worst quality I’ve had anywhere in the world. Serving food on paper plates with plastic cutlery that all goes to landfill is offensive. We paid the equivalent of €145 for one night, and it wasn’t value for money.
