The Westin was a hit with my sisters and me when we came to town for a UofL ballgame. We were proud alumni, and having the team stay at the hotel too made it extra special. We’d gladly come back for another family outing, girls’ trip, or sporting event. The atmosphere felt welcoming and professional, the rooms were spotless, and the amenities were excellent. Service was strong across the board. Front desk staff were especially helpful and welcoming, the restaurant breakfast crew started our mornings off right, and the Starbucks team kept us smiling and energized.

The hotel felt updated, with smooth check-in, secure elevators that required a room card to call, and an updated-looking shower with hot water right away. Our room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. We even got a complimentary upgrade overlooking Fountain Square. My wife liked the pillows so much she wanted to take one home. She checked the label inside the case to find the brand, then was disappointed to learn it was proprietary, lol. I’d definitely recommend staying here in downtown Cincinnati.

Jovi at the front desk was great. She was welcoming, helpful, and had useful information about the hotel and city. The staff overall were professional and very helpful. My room was clean, spacious, and pleasant, though I wish it had a microwave. There are some great attractions nearby, and I had a pleasant stay at the Westin.

The room was spacious, though the view wasn’t the best and that was fine. The property was clean and nice, and it felt secure since you needed your room key to use the elevator.

Staying at the Westin was a real comfort after time at the children’s hospital. Coming back to a spacious, clean, comfortable room was wonderful. Housekeeping had done a lovely job: everything was spotless, and the babies’ stuffed toys were put on display. The location is great too. Highly recommend.
