I booked one night for $50.59 and was checked into a room. After changing to go to a work event, I got a message from the host, Austin/ Tanne, saying I had to move. I wasn’t comfortable with that and asked for a partial refund so I could leave. Tanne came in from the backyard, tried to touch my phone screen, and argued that she wouldn’t refund me. I told her twice I didn’t want to go back and forth. She kept raising her voice, so I repeated that I wasn’t interested in talking, since it didn’t feel like a conversation. I contacted Airbnb support and got $35 back. The host had offered only $15, and Airbnb Aircover refunded the rest. That was enough for me. I wasn’t rude or loud, and I waited for support to sort it out. It took less than 45 minutes, and I found a nearby small apartment for $100 a night, so it all worked out, yay. Mistakes happen, but being treated rudely for no reason is unprofessional. Tanne should never try to touch someone’s phone without permission, and Austin, guests should be able to ask for a partial refund to find somewhere more suitable. As a business owner and entrepreneur, sometimes it’s better to give back and move on to better options. Peace ☮️

The best part of my Shaky Knees weekend was meeting other festival goers who were staying here. We became friends quickly and went to and from the festival together, making memories I won’t forget. The shared living area had such a warm, creative feel, with conversation and laughter all around. It felt like a place made with care to bring people together. The hosts were kind and communicative, and I felt looked after from the start. The train station was only a few minutes away on foot, so getting around Atlanta and to the airport was easy. Everything was clean, cozy, and cared for, and the place felt safe and supportive. It was a wonderful place to relax, with nature all around, and I left feeling grateful, with new friends and a full heart. A little pocket of magic in Atlanta, I 💯% recommend it! 🌙💫💕

The hosts were friendly, and the place felt quiet and cozy. It was only a five-minute walk to the MARTA station, which saved me quite a bit of travel time. I was in town for the weekend and this was close to where I needed to be. It felt like home away from home, and I’ll stay here again whenever I’m back in Atlanta.

Such a lovely place with beautiful surroundings and great vibes, 10/10. The owners and the woman running it are genuinely sweet. It feels good knowing the money I spent is going to people who deserve it.
