We still had a great stay despite the pending ice storm. The staff were accommodating as our plans changed, and this is the second year they've helped us with weather so we could get to work nearby. Lee and Troy at the front desk were professional and personable. George from Maintenance went above and beyond to find an extra lamp to brighten the lobby. The bartender was a gem, fun, personable, and knew his stuff. Everyone at the hotel was polite, friendly, and helpful.

I could hear every word from the next room, including the man using the bathroom, even though they were just talking normally. That's why I rated the room low. The view from my room and the breakfast area was nice, the food and service were great, the bed was comfy, and the shower was good. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I'll be back next year with a loud sound machine.

William at the front desk is a pro, and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean too. And the elevators were seriously the fastest on the planet. I never waited more than a second. Props to the team, they're running a great operation.

We came because a loved one was at Emory Hospital, and the hotel staff did everything they could to accommodate our needs. Everyone was warm, caring, and friendly. Our room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom large and well lit. It only had a shower, but that was fine for us. I highly recommend staying here.

Getting from the car to the room and back was easy and low stress, and we've visited Atlanta often over the past year. This was easily my favorite place to stay. The hotel was gorgeous inside and out, with a really peaceful feel. We had breakfast delivered to the room, and the plate was much bigger than I expected, so it was well worth the price. 10/10 would recommend. Nice work, staff!
