Mannnn, where do I start? I booked online through Super. First off, this is a motel, not a hotel. The guy at the counter was really rude, and I couldn't make out what he was saying. I showed him everything I'd paid for, including the charge in my credit card app and the website, but he still made me pay again. I got charged twice for no reason. Thankfully, the website refunded me, but this place didn't. And that was only the start. The room reeked of cigarettes. I turned on the fan, then noticed it was caked with mold inside. There was mold built up in the fridge, too. Definitely the worst place I've ever stayed.

Do yourself a favor and don't rent here. The person at the front desk is so rude, and the owner acts like he owns you once you rent the place. They seem to think they're above the law.

Housekeeping was really nice, and the room was clean with sheets that smelled freshly washed. It would've been five stars if I hadn't lost my $5 TV remote deposit and if the microwave hadn't broken.

It's a clean, basic room with a TV and not much else for amenities. They take a $5 deposit at check-in for the remote, which you get back when you return it to the desk at checkout. If all you need is somewhere to sleep and you can get a discounted rate through Expedia or similar, it's worth considering.

We ended up switching to a nicer motel. Any other place will do, seriously. Deluxe Inn could stand to learn what it means to treat someone as a guest. We were staying several days and were told at check-in that we'd have to change rooms because of "renovations." That was fine, but being woken by abrupt pounding on the door very early Sunday morning wasn't courteous. We were told we needed to move that day, then several hours later management said we wouldn't be changing rooms after all. Management was rude from the start. Worst customer service ever. I'd rather try to cancel an AOL account, and I'm seriously considering a case study in how not to treat customers. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!
