I keep coming back here for work because it feels comfortable and the staff make the place feel like home. The hotel is spotless and in a perfect location, and Ms. Peta and the rest of the team go out of their way to make each visit feel familiar and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast is a nice extra.

After a seven-hour drive with two kids, I just wanted a shower and some rest. The bathroom had no soap when we arrived, and in room 528, I think that was the number, the door wouldn't shut all the way. I'd already wiped down the room and put my son in the shower before we noticed. The housekeeping manager was kind and offered us a different room, but my son was in the shower and I didn't want to clean another room, so I chose points instead. They still haven't arrived. A relative's room also had a main door lock that wouldn't unlock the next day. On the plus side, staff were friendly and helpful, and there's a Kroger within walking distance along with a few restaurants. Apart from those issues, it was a good stay.

It's upsetting that my daughter's blanket seems to have been handled so carelessly. I know it was left on the bed when we checked out. The hotel replied to my message but said they couldn't locate it, which is hard to believe. It must have been thrown away or otherwise disappeared. It was sentimental to my child, so this has been really disappointing.

The hotel was clean, new, easy to find off the highway, and in a convenient spot. Check-in took a long time even though I arrived in the late afternoon and there was no line. I think the staff may have been new. We also found no soap in the bathroom, but that was sorted out easily. A housekeeper accidentally walked into our room without knocking, then realized right away and closed the door. Still, I had a positive stay.
