The pool was the reason we booked, but it stayed closed for four days, so we decided to leave a day early. Staff said management would most likely be fine with reimbursing us for the unused day given everything that had happened. When we checked out, management wouldn’t address it or refund us. Management was also rude and blamed us and the staff, even though the staff had been great to deal with. The hotel looked clean from outside, but our dishwasher flooded the room at check-in even though we hadn’t used it. Staff brought towels and said they’d handle it in the morning, but nobody came to clean up or do regular housekeeping for three days, despite our request. On the fourth day, after we complained, it took an hour and a half to clean the room at 4 p.m., right when we had supper reservations and needed to get ready. There was still garbage under the sink from previous guests and food left in the pantry. With management as it is now, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room was very clean, and the staff were lovely and friendly. We were on the fifth floor and could hear traffic as well as some hallway noise. The windows could have blocked more sound. Apart from that, it was great.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and the service was good. We got there around 7, even though check-in wasn’t until 4, and still had to wait about 10 minutes because our room wasn’t ready. The $150 damage deposit felt crazy. I did get it back by Sunday, but still, that’s a lot to put down.
