For one night, getting stuck here was okay, and I didn’t really have any complaints about staff. I was laid over at the airport because my company messed up the rental, and the airport companies didn’t offer same-day rentals. The rental places in town had no vehicles I could take across the country. With a discount on a Tuesday in early March, $61.00 wasn’t bad, especially since I’m from California, where it would’ve cost at least twice as much. If you need something cheap and quick, this works. It was quiet, there were no bugs, and the Wi-Fi didn’t really work. The complementary breakfast is subpar with very few options, but the oatmeal was the best part, definitely better than the fake eggs. I wish they had chocolate milk, though maybe that’s too much to ask. I signed up for their trash membership since it was free. It’s a two-star hotel, so I’d give it five stars by those standards.

The airport shuttle came promptly after I called once I’d collected my luggage. My room was ready, everything was spotless, and the whole arrival process was quick and easy. The hotel was very efficient from start to finish. I highly recommend it.

Sharon is the best employee I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. She’s so kind and friendly, and I wish you could clone her a hundred times. The front desk staff are friendly too. This is by far the best place we’ve stayed in this area.

It’s an older hotel with few amenities, though breakfast is available. The rooms are clean, the price is economical, and the location is convenient for the airport. The shuttle is reliable. It works well for an overnight stay.

Getting into the room took half an hour. There were no key cards, so I waited while the front desk called someone to get a door code. That code didn't work. When I asked for a refund, they offered only to move us to another room. The room wasn't much better: loose floor tiles, barely warm shower water, and lumpy mattresses. People kept talking in the halls all night.
