Graduate by Hilton Cincinnati

Staying at the Graduate Hotel was a great experience. Angie, the manager, was welcoming and incredibly helpful the whole time. It was also really convenient for my work at the VA, so everything felt easy and stress free. I appreciated the professional, hospitable service and am looking forward to coming back on my next trip.

We’ll be back next time. We stayed for one night before an appointment at Cincinnati children’s hospital, and the hotel made the trip fun for my chronically ill daughter. She’s 11, and the Travis Kelce student ID room key, the front desk staff, the stylish decor, and the bright, colorful room all made her light up. She really enjoyed it.

Friendly, helpful staff, and be sure to add the parking pass package when you reserve your room. It saves about $10. The Graduate Hotels curators have worked local iconic figures into the design, which gives the place a distinct connection to the city. I loved the graphing paper design walls in room 539 and the cute “Study Session” pennant door hangings. Their creativity and attention to detail show everywhere.

After escalating the issue, hotel management (Tj) gave me a partial refund. I appreciate that they tried to resolve the billing concern, but the problems with cleanliness, comfort, noise, and service are still there. I stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Cincinnati from October 16-18, and it was well below what I expected. When we checked in around 5:00 PM, there was trash in the restroom, on the floor, and in the room’s refrigerator. We had a concert that evening and no time to wait for anyone to address it, so we changed and left right away. The next morning, I reported it and was told housekeeping hadn’t serviced the room because of a sign on the door. Even so, the room should not have been in that state when we arrived. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the room was loud both nights, so it was hard to rest. I tried to work it out with the hotel staff and management, then with my bank. I asked only for a partial refund, but the dispute was denied multiple times and no meaningful resolution was offered. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful during the process. I usually stay at Hilton properties and expected much better cleanliness, service, and accountability. This didn’t meet that standard, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel based on my experience.
