The room was great, and I especially appreciated that the bathroom didn’t have a loud fan. There was hair on two shower walls and on the floor, though. At check-in I put the card I wanted to use into the machine, but at checkout they charged the original card they had on file. They fixed it, but the reversal takes days.

GREAT place to stay. Every staff member I dealt with was so friendly and accommodating, from the front desk and housekeeping to maintenance and the breakfast lady. LOVE the staff!

Breakfast was great, and so was the hotel. The pillows didn’t offer much support, but we’d stay here again.

My stay was uncomfortable because there was no hot water for several days. It was lukewarm when I arrived, then completely cold by the following night. I reported it several times, but nobody fixed the problem. The front desk staff were polite and kind, but hot water is a basic necessity. I usually don’t complain, though this was disappointing.
