The staff were nice, but my room was gross. I spent a week there and kept waking up with bites. When I finally lifted the mattress, it was full of bed bugs. I couldn't bring myself to sleep in the bed, so I used the chair instead. There were bed bugs on the couch too. When I told the manager, he said it was my fault. I'd never dealt with bed bugs before staying there. Don't go here.

The location is so convenient that I still gave it three stars, but the owner's nosiness and the lack of a microwave in the rooms brought the rating down.

The door didn't feel safe and wouldn't lock, and I found bed bugs too. The place smelled, there was no AC, and all we had was a bed, a TV, and two chairs. After being accused of staying over an hour, they still wouldn't give me a receipt or a refund. This was the worst place I've been.

The owner enters rooms illegally, the showers back up, and they shut off the hot water for weekly guests. They have nightly rooms on one side and weekly rooms on the other. The rooms smell and have bed bugs. I tried reporting them and nothing came of it. I'd rather sleep in a box. If I could give minus five stars, I would. Skip this place.

For people who need a temporary place to live, including families who are working hard and have nowhere else to go, this motel may be a reasonable option. The rooms are fairly large, and with some cleaning they're okay for a short-term situation. It's also useful if you don't have a car: Walmart, Sam's, Dollar Store, and other shops are across the street, and a bus stops almost at the lot. Some motels have prostitution and drugs, but those problems exist at five-star hotels too, just in different forms, like escorts and prescriptions. There are also homeless families staying in these motels, and it's unfair to lump them all together. This is supposed to be a review page, not a place to rant about personal beliefs. If you feel that strongly, start a blog. The motels along Route 130 in Cinnaminson, New Jersey are generally pretty gross, though this one is among the better options depending on what you need. I wouldn't stay at any of them nightly. Their rates are surprisingly high at $60-$70, and you can get a room at a Howard Johnson for the same or less.
