The beds were very comfortable, and the TV was a good size with a remote. The AC had a remote too, so you could set the temperature you wanted. The ice machine was very good for cooling down leftovers and filling a water cup. The pet fee was $15 for each dog under 25 pounds and $25 for bigger ones. My 17-pound dog ran right between my friend's legs as we were heading out for a two-hour drive to a funeral, apparently thinking she'd go check the dumpster at the chicken place next door. The feeder road is two-way, which is convenient. There's a gas station on the corner and a donut shop just a few blocks away. Yum.

Everything was fast and hassle-free, and the girl at the front desk was really nice. There's a large parking lot, and the room had what I needed for a night or two: microwave, coffee maker, TV, and fridge. The shower was excellent, with strong pressure and very hot water. It's a small hotel and fairly clean.

It's one of the quieter motels around, though road noise seems common at all the places in this area. Noise from other rooms was minimal compared with some of the others. The front desk was friendly and accommodating, and spoke English, lol. Rooms are clean enough given the typical construction worker guests coming and going. It fills up quickly, so get a room early. Good for what it is.

The owners are friendly and accommodating, and there's plenty of parking for guests. A small RV park with full hookups is also on site, with room for larger vehicles. Ask the office for details. It's decently priced. The little motel is clean, comfy, and cozy, just off Hwy 20 in Cisco. Even so close to the westbound ramp, it was surprisingly quiet.
