I lived in Jacksonville before, and I remember this place having a reputation as a pretty rough motel. New Year's Eve went fine, though. The police also stay in the parking lot to watch over some equipment kept on site.

It's pretty cheap and decent enough, but the place feels dated and could use a remodel. To me, it seems more like an adults-only spot. Still, the price is hard to beat.

It's a family-run place and good for kids. The service is always helpful, and it's clean. Compared with some of the other places on Phillips Hwy, it causes fewer problems.

You can walk to nearby spots like Walmart and Dollar Tree, and the hotel has an entertainment lounge too. The rooms are comfortable, with daily cleaning and basics available if you ask. Everyone, from the front desk to the people handling the rooms, gives you a warm welcome. Prices are better when booked through Google Travel.🙂🙌🏿

For the price, we'd stay again. My boyfriend and I were there for four nights, and the room's updated look and hardwood floors were a nice surprise. The king bed was comfortable, though the pillows were flat and due for replacement. We had plenty of counter space, a big sink and mirror, and a large TV, microwave, and fridge. The shower fit both of us, had great pressure, and got really hot. The one bad part was Thursday night. The guests above us played very loud music, like they were having a party, until 3am. We complained to management a couple of times between midnight and 2am, but felt ignored and had to put up with it. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay.
