DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta - Northlake

We brought a 15-person training team to the DoubleTree for about a month while opening a new restaurant location in Tucker. The meeting space suited our sessions, and the staff adjusted with us whenever something came up. The sales department coordinated everything well and made sure our needs were met. Front desk staff were warm, professional, and consistently helpful, which mattered during such a long stay. I’d been to this location before for a separate convention unrelated to our company, and that visit was first class too. It helped me decide to bring the training group here. The whole team’s service and willingness to work through the details made it a fantastic experience. Thanks for taking care of us.

It’s a reasonably priced place with a good balance of nearby things to do and hotel amenities. The building isn’t new or deeply renovated, but it’s kept clean and everything works. Staff were courteous and attentive, and the breakfast hosts, kind and gentle ladies, were especially good. I was treated well by everyone I met, and cookies were quickly handed over when requested. I noticed security circling the parking lot both day and night. After hours, only one entrance and exit remained open, which made me feel better about the vehicles being secure and made it harder for troublemakers. I slept without worrying about my car.

I called around 7:30 in the morning and Charnice answered with such upbeat energy, it felt like she was smiling through the phone. She was knowledgeable, answered my questions quickly, and was genuinely helpful. That conversation got my day off to a great start. I can imagine her making in-house guests feel just as welcome.

We’ve just checked in for what looks like a long stay because of an insurance issue. After a few stressful days, Margaret, the night manager, made a big difference. She was warm, accommodating, and explained everything we needed to know while helping us get settled. Her empathy felt sincere. We hope the rest of the visit has the same professionalism and positive energy she showed us tonight. If the other staff are like Margaret, we’ll be in good hands.
