Best Western Green Tree Inn

My team and I have stayed at the Best Western Green Tree Inn for a long time, often booking several rooms. It’s fully renovated and well maintained. Even with exterior corridors, it’s the cleanest hotel in the Louisville area. The staff keep the rooms consistent and the service reliable. It’s been a solid choice for us, and I’d highly recommend it.

There were dusty, crumb-covered desks, dirty marks on the bathroom door, and what looked like a booger on the door frame. The couch had white marks and needed a deep clean, and I found a few dirty spots on the floors. I didn’t think I’d get bed bugs, but the room’s cleanliness just wasn’t up to par.

I spent one night here in December. The room was cozy and clean, the staff kind and helpful, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Semi parking is available across the street in the gravel lots.

The owners were really nice and fun when I checked in, and I loved the Nerf guns. They also suggested a great dinner spot, The Exchange in New Albany, go there! The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The area felt safe, right off the interstate, with a quick drive over the bridge to Louisville. I was here overnight to see a friend visiting the area, and I’ll stay here again if I’m nearby.
