Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Clarksville, TN

The room smelled bad, several lights didn't work, and the furniture was ripped and stained. The desk staff were rude enough that asking them to fix things wasn't going to improve my stay. Then they charged me $30 for a bowl from the poorly stocked, dark, dirty kitchen, even though I never took one. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

We stayed from 12/24/25-12/27/25, and I think I should get half of what I paid back. There was mold on the shower ceiling and around the tub. I told the desk, and they said they'd leave a note for Housekeeping, but nobody ever came. On day three it was still there. I have photos, and I also took pictures of the stains all over the carpet. The pool was supposed to be heated, but it was pretty chilly, and its ceiling tiles were covered in mold too. My wife and I have been coughing a lot and have runny noses, which we think may be from all the BLACK MOLD around the place. For the price, I expect a clean place to stay, and this wasn't one. I wouldn't recommend it except for a last-minute one-night stop while driving through. I'll contact them to ask for half my money back or the full amount. This is disgusting, and we're both coughing and dealing with runny noses.

The suite worked out great for the three of us after our drive back from the Smoky Mountains. It gave our child space to play Xbox while we broke up the drive. The young man at the desk was incredibly helpful, and everything else was great too, especially for the price. It was an unbelievable stay.

Nothing fancy, but it was a good stay. The room was clean, the bed was adequate, and there was a big fridge and TV. Breakfast was free, the pool area was clean and nice, and the staff were professional. It was inexpensive, which worked well for those of us on a fixed income.
