The only issue to plan around is that AT&T gets no service there at all. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place. Every time I’ve stayed, the rooms have been clean and well kept, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Eric and Gil are always welcoming and friendly, with great attitudes. They go above and beyond to help customers get the best deals possible, which I really appreciate.

I was visiting someone who was staying at the hotel, and the reservation wasn’t under my name. I’m not comfortable sharing that person’s information because they’re still there. The new general manager appeared to behave unprofessionally toward guests and staff. Several times, she spoke disrespectfully to employees and came across as dismissive and rude with guests. She was often on her phone while talking with people. The staff seemed uncomfortable, and her behavior affected the atmosphere and guest experience.

Eric, the manager, is friendly, knows his stuff, and will go out of his way to make your stay great. The staff are amazing. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Clarksville. A+.

This place needs an overhaul in management. It clearly isn’t being treated right. I heard the new general manager speaking badly about her employees as I passed the office, and she’s terrible to them. Get her out!

I pulled up around 11pm to stay the night, but the place looked really sketchy. At the front door, there was no one to check me in, the roller door over the check-in window was shut, and nobody was anywhere around. I figured I’d wasted my money booking and went to a nicer hotel instead.
