There were so many roaches that sleeping in the bed didn’t feel possible. A person who stays there often told me he puts napkins in his ears so they won’t crawl in. When I raised it at the front desk, they didn’t seem to care. They said they’d reimburse me if I bought large sprays, then denied there were roaches in my room. I wouldn’t let my dog stay here. This place is disgusting and shouldn’t be open.

The owners were kind, helpful, and attentive, and the room was clean, great, and newly remodeled. My husband and I drove in from Texas and stayed for a week. We had everything we needed close at hand, got to see our family, and had a wonderful stay. Thanks for a great experience.

The room prices are way too high, and the staff were rude. They made things difficult with payment methods and restrictions. The WiFi was terrible unless I stayed right by the office, despite having two different connections to choose from. The drink machine overcharges and takes your money, so don’t bother buying a drink. I had to fix the toilet myself, kill four mice, and keep getting new keys because the door lock was broken. When I finally got out of there, I was grinning while the main staff member stared at me, apparently wondering where I was going without even checking me out.

The manager was rude and, in my case, used his heritage customs to put women down. He seemed to enjoy making me uncomfortable and reminding me that, since I had a state-issued voucher, he could put me out at any moment. The room was filthy: the AC/heater filter was caked in dust and grime, the shower curtain was filthy, there appeared to be mold on the ceiling, and I saw roaches in the bathroom. A couple of times, we were given sheets and wash rags or towels that looked dirty. The door had no insulation, and snow and rain came through the frame. I believe this man should be put out of business.
