We booked the whole White Birch Inn for a work retreat, and the group loved it. Almost all the men said they'd come back with their wives. The staff were terrific hosts and made us feel appreciated and well looked after. The rooms were immaculate, the place is charming, and the attention to detail was 110%. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay.

Breakfast was amazing in every way during our Easter weekend visit for our 26th anniversary. Our only suggestion is to replace the mattress in the holly room. It has a hump down the middle that makes each person roll toward the center. We had a wonderful time otherwise, will definitely return, and highly recommend staying here.

The downtown spot is perfect, and we've enjoyed both rooms we've tried. New Year's was our second stay at White Birch, and we loved it again. The staff are incredibly attentive, and breakfast is a real highlight. Highly recommend!

A lovely, cozy inn for ringing in the New Year. This was our second visit to White Birch Inn, and the staff see to your needs and wishes while you're there. They're very friendly, and the lobby feels especially inviting and cozy.

The breakfast was good, the decor is nice, and Latissia was great. Dana was welcoming too. Still, this doesn't feel like a five star hotel. There's no mountain view, the rooms are very small, and the inn lobby is locked after 9 pm. We checked out early because the mattress in “Holly” was so uncomfortable. When we told management, general manager Jenna replied, “I have slept in that bed before and it was fine.” That wasn't a very professional response. We won't return, and I can't recommend it.
