The pool was comfortable and the water temperature was just right. Our room was well stocked, clean as soon as we walked in, and even had a personal touch. The front desk staff were welcoming and check-in went smoothly. We could get pizza delivered, which was convenient since there's no restaurant on site. The property is close to restaurants and grocery stores. We travel often between Eastern and Western Washington, and this was easily the best hotel we've stayed at. A wonderful stay, team.

Breakfast had a better spread of hot food than I usually expect at a hotel, and it got us going without extra cost. We found the Best Western Snowcap Lodge to be a fantastic, affordable place for the night. The whole property seemed well cared for, and our room was spotless with a comfortable bed. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful whenever we saw them, day or night, always with a genuine smile. The 24-hour service really made a difference. If you want a clean, reasonably priced stay with good service and a solid free breakfast, I highly recommend the Snowcap Lodge.

Alexis was a big help with anything we needed, and the staff were great. I'm not usually a Best Western guy, but for sledding and playing in the snow at a decent price, this place was just right. The hot tub, heated pool, full breakfast, and delicious nightly cookies were all great. My only gripe was the sofa bed. My six-year-old said it was uncomfortable, and she wasn't wrong, one of the springs was sticking out across it.

The grounds and landscaping looked beautiful and well cared for, and we'll definitely come back. My husband and I picked Snow Cap Lodge on a spontaneous overnight trip and really enjoyed our stay. The front desk people on both the morning and evening shifts were friendly and welcoming. Our room was cleaner than any I've seen on our travels. I used to be a Best Western housekeeper, so I know what to check, and this room got 100%. Towels and linens, the fridge, coffee maker, grout, and caulking were all fresh and clean. Thanks for making such a nice place for people to stay.

It's a busy place in a busy town, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed three nights while vacationing and rockhounding around the area. The room was good, the bed fairly comfortable, and the shower worked well, though we didn't care for the pillows. Sometimes it took a while for the hot water to come through. Breakfast was good, and having a grocery store and coffee shop right nearby was handy. I'd recommend it and come back if we visit again.
