I travel for work pretty regularly and stay in plenty of hotels and motels. Rumorz may be my favorite so far. The people are nice, the town seems really safe, and you can tell the owners care about both their customers and the property. Whether you're passing through or staying a while, it's hard to go wrong here.

The location and customer service were both great, and everything about the stay was so good. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d tell anyone to come here for a nice place to stay and a good time.

I travel a lot, and this is the best motel I've stayed at. The owners were awesome and helpful, and they treated me like gold.

We had six rooms at Rumourz over the July 4th holiday. The motel is within walking distance of downtown and the lake, and we enjoyed the stay. Our rooms were clean, the bathrooms were updated and nice, the soap was Bath and Body Works, and the beds were very comfortable. Manager Sydney was pleasant. The one problem was humidity in all six rooms. Even with the air-conditioning working, the towels didn't dry overnight and our clothes felt damp. I hope they can fix that. We'd stay again if it gets resolved. Thanks for having us.

I stay here when work takes me around town. The rooms are a nice size and clean. It's usually pretty quiet, though it can get busy in summer.
